TTC Teleport is the trademark of a high-quality telehouse owned by TTC TELEKOMUNIKACE, which has been in operation since 2001.

The telehouse is situated in the Prague quarter of Malesice and has a very good connectivity based on optical fibres to most important domestic and foreign telecommunication networks. The connectivity to networks as well as the access to end users can be reinforced by means of wireless links. The key advantage of TTC Teleport is its neutrality and independence on operators and services providers. Continuous operation 24/7 and high reliability of service is provided as a standard.

The TTC Teleport services are primarily intended for virtual telecommunication network operators and IP and application services providers, to whom we offer establishing of Points of Presence and server hosting. Furthermore, TTC Teleport is suitable for establishing of storage area networks and for data storage. Operational support to customers, the installation works, maintenance and technical support are included in the basic package of services offered, while performance management of equipment is optional.

TTC Teleport can mediate for its clients provision of services by any telecommunication operator on the Czech market, whereas the telecommunication operators can benefit from other services offered by TTC Teleport, e.g. operatively and centrally managed interconnections between them provided by a neutral entity or combining of circuits of different networks in order to establish dedicated lines, configuring of bypass routes in case of failure and many other services. The comprehensive approach to customers' needs is supplemented by advisory and consultation services.

TTC Teleport remarkably differs from other telehouses in that it can offer its customers also the rental of business, office or storing rooms in addition to the colocation services. Apart from the 1000 sq m occupied by the telehouse, the building has additional 10,000 sq m of area for rent. The telehouse can be reached by a car or a truck via Prumyslova, Cernokostelecka or Jizni spojka highways, which are easily accessible from any Czech motorway. In front of the building, there is a parking lot with sufficient capacity.

Via its optical lines, TTC Teleport is able to operatively establish circuits and provide access to services of the networks of Aliatel, CEZnet, Czech Telecom, Ceske radiokomunikace, GTS and PragoNet. New optical connections are under preparation to Sloane Park Property Trust, CD-Telekomunikace and TransgasNet and via the cooperating Sitel and PragoNet telehouses further to British Telecommunications, Deutsche Telekom, CE Com, Telekom Austria and Telia IC.

Optical connectivity is supplemented by wireless connectivity. The flat roof of the TTC Teleport's building accommodates antenna holders suitable for the installation of any common type antenna systems. From the point of view of wireless connectivity, the location of the TTC Teleport building is very good.

Security zones of TTC Teleport comprise main technology hall, office rooms and small technology halls, sanitary facilities, power centre. The supporting systems of TTC Teleport have multiple backups. The main technology hall covering the area of 565 sq m is equipped with precise compact air-conditioning units and designed to accommodate standardized double sided racks sized W x D x H = 600x600/800/1,000 x 2,200 mm. The technical background such as distribution frames, rectifiers, backup batteries and diesel generator are situated outside the technology hall in a separately accessible room. Management room is interconnected with the halls via two independent branches of structured cabling.

Based on clients' needs, TTC Teleport provides housing and technical support from one rack of equipment upwards. If the clients' requirements are for more space and higher security, they can have a dedicated suite enclosed in a cage.

The route to a content customer leads rather through the good quality and reasonable prices of services than the level of technical equipment itself. Therefore, all the terms for the provision of services are included in the contract tailored to each customer's needs. The contract can also include a Service Level Agreement.

Above the standard terms of service provision TTC Teleport can offer booking of area for future use, dedicated areas for network management centres, second maintenance level, mediation of circuit connection and other services.
